Job summary

Promesa Academy Charter School seeks a bilingual LSSP to provide psychological services for bilingual students in Texas. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations in English and Spanish and support ARD/IEP processes with families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active LSSP licensure by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP).
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Meet state requirements for providing psychological services in Texas schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations in Spanish and English using linguistically appropriate tools.
• Interpret results and present findings at ARD meetings with cultural sensitivity.
• Provide behavioral and academic consultation and develop BIPs.
• Maintain FERPA, IDEA, and district-compliant documentation on schedule.
