Qualifications

• Comfort with high-volume cold calling and objection handling.
• Knowledge of healthcare office workflows and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting and lead generation across U.S. clinics.
• Pitch staffing solutions and present trained graduates for admin roles.
• Gather job orders, clarify requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Negotiate placement fees and service agreements with employers.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up on opportunities.
