Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth nationwide. You will handle inbound and outbound Care Center calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients remotely.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with uncapped commissions and incentives enhancing earnings potential. This full-time, non-exempt role offers 40 hours weekly with equipment provided for a productive remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound Care Center calls and sell Interlock products.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals and cold calls.
• Build strong relationships to foster repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and collaborate with internal teams.
