Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound Care Center calls and selling Interlock products nationwide.

The role requires delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients and maintaining a strong, professional reputation. You will engage in consultative selling, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while working in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services through inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations for clients.
