Job summary

Integral Health is seeking a Bilingual Russian-speaking Therapist/Behavioral Care Manager (BCM) to provide direct individual behavioral health treatment within a Collaborative Care Model, remotely for a part-time contractor. You will manage a caseload, perform screenings, and coordinate with primary care teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active New York license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of full-time experience as a licensed mental health professional
• Experience providing direct behavioral health treatment/therapy
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Bilingual Russian/English skills
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and patient communication
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and clinical tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide individual behavioral health therapy and brief evidence-based interventions
• Maintain and manage an assigned patient caseload
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on measurable outcomes
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, PST)
• Monitor progress toward symptom reduction goals
• Coordinate with primary care providers to integrate treatment
• Support PCP-led medication management and monitor adherence
• Track caseloads and re-engage patients who fall out of care
• Collaborate with care team to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document progress and plans in the EHR
• Complete relapse-prevention planning
• Educate patients and families about conditions and resources
• Participate in psychiatric caseload consultations and interdisciplinary discussions
