Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor to handle appointment scheduling and inquiries in a high-volume environment.

You will use retention rebuttals to secure attendance or reschedule, maintaining positive customer experiences while protecting revenue and the company’s reputation. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer service or retention.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; enables additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months in customer service or retention roles.
• Experience with objections, conflict resolution, or retention preferred.
• Strong multitasking with CRM and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers through installation process with clear policy info.
• Address cancellation requests with retention solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining positive conversations.
• De-escalate tense situations with empathy and judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Escalate complex issues promptly and ensure follow-up.
• Meet retention, service quality, and call-handling metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Provide general Care Center support and other duties as assigned.
