The role thrives in a high-volume call environment with empathy and problem-solving skills. The position requires bilingual abilities (English/Spanish), a high school diploma, and 6 months in customer service or retention roles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; compensation eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections and account retention preferred.
• Strong multitasking across CRM and scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Guide customers through the installation process with clear policies.
• Address objections and offer retention options to protect revenue.
• Document interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Multitask across several systems while maintaining a positive dialogue.
• De-escalate issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet retention and call quality metrics.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support as needed.
