Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with installation processes, and preserve customer relationships.

This remote role requires the ability to multitask across systems and maintain a positive customer experience in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working remotely with access to necessary equipment and flexible

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.

Responsabilités
