Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor for a fully remote role with the Care Center. You will engage customers to schedule installations, address hesitations, and reschedule as needed, using retention rebuttals to preserve revenue and relationships.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have customer service experience, and thrive in a high-volume environment while delivering empathetic and solution-focused support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with potential extra compensation.
• Minimum of 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Comfortable working remotely and using CRM and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on policies and procedures.
• Address objections and offer retention solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Maintain calm, solution-focused communication in high-volume settings.
• Escalate complex issues with timely follow-up.
