Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers, schedule installations, and handle account inquiries with empathy and solutions.

In a high-volume call center, you will use retention rebuttals, navigate CRM and scheduling systems, and collaborate with internal teams to protect revenue.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a 6-month call-center background, and ability to work remotely with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or conflict resolution preferred.
• Strong multitasking and CRM/scheduling system navigation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work remotely and stay calm in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment changes.
• Assist customers through installation process with clear guidance.
• Address cancellations by identifying root causes and offering retention options.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a courteous conversation.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
