QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter-Bridge for a fully remote, permanent full-time role. The recruiter will support branch offices with sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring events while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and communication across the organization.

This position offers Monday–Friday hours, 40–45 hours weekly, with flexibility to start early or stay late. The role reports to the TRT Operations Manager and emphasizes a positive candidate experience and

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding weekly availability, including scheduled days and hours.
• Attend huddles and team meetings as available.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Resources Team, Manager, and branch teams through email, Microsoft Teams as needed.
• Source qualified candidates through applicant databases, online recruiting platforms, social media, employee referrals, cold calling, job fairs, and other recruiting activities.
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluation activities, including resume reviews, phone screenings, interviews, and required pre-employment processes.
• Accurately document candidate interactions, action items, and communication summaries within the applicant tracking system and employee database.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout different processes.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
