Job summary

The Responsive Auto Insurance Company is seeking a highly capable Bilingual PIP Adjuster to handle auto injury claims from intake to settlement in a remote environment. You will coordinate with customers, attorneys, medical providers, other carriers, and vendors to process claims efficiently and fairly.

You will plan investigations, interview claimants and witnesses, negotiate settlements, and maintain meticulous case records while staying current on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PIP Adjuster experience with Automobile Property Damage Claims to operate in Florida.
• Licensed Adjuster – All Lines required (FL 620 license).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims, establishing coverage and negotiating fair settlements.
• Maintain organized diary and records for timeliness and accuracy.
• Write clear responses to demands, requests, or questions.
• Communicate courteously and accurately with customers by phone and in person.
• Familiar with tools such as ISO, TLO, and public sites (buycrash.com, MDCC, BCC, FDHSMV, Google Maps).
