United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Coverage and Qualification Adjuster to review Personal Injury Protection claims remotely. The role requires analyzing medical records, interpreting policies, and determining coverage while ensuring timely settlements.

Ideal candidates hold an Adjuster license, have PIP experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Adjuster’s license required.
• PIP claims experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review PIP claims to determine coverage eligibility.
• Analyze medical records, police reports, and other documents to evaluate injuries.
• Interpret policies and regulations to determine coverage.
• Communicate with claimants, medical professionals, and attorneys to gather information.
• Provide explanations of coverage decisions to claimants.
• Maintain organized claim files and preparation of reports.
• Identify and investigate potential fraud and collaborate with SIU.
