Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology (preferably DME and Home Healthcare).
• Must be available to work in-office Monday–Friday from 8–5 CST.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day with empathy and professionalism.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patient information and orders.
• Support training onboarding and maintain accurate data entry.
