PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh team. This role handles patient calls to coordinate prescription refills, updates billing data, and addresses concerns, with support from pharmacists when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of call-center experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer hybrid or remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, especially medical terms.

Responsibilities

• Speak with patients by phone to coordinate prescription refills and shipments.
• Coordinate with order management and fulfillment teams to address concerns.
• Take direction from pharmacists and leadership on compliance programs.
• Complete responsibilities in both English and Spanish.
• Undertake additional projects as needed.
