Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, the nation’s largest rare disease pharmacy, is seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on coordinating prescriptions, supporting adherence, and ensuring a positive patient experience while working with pharmacists, insurance specialists, and prescribers.

Hybrid role with primary work-from-home duties and limited required onsite time each month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual capability is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients and teams.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information per healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via inbound and outbound calls to coordinate prescriptions and promote adherence.
• Serve as liaison between patients, prescribers, pharmacists, and internal teams.
• Document interactions accurately in the system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track and document patient interactions and adherence efforts.
• Support pharmacists and leadership on compliance program activities.
• Complete assigned projects and activities.
