Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients and prescribers by coordinating vaccines, handling order management, and guiding financial assistance programs for eligible patients.

You will process pharmacy claims, update patient profiles, and communicate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate care. Hybrid schedule available with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Registration as a pharmacy technician with the PA Board of Pharmacy, unless holding a PA pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients via phone to establish rapport and coordinate care.
• Enrolls patients in financial assistance programs as appropriate.
• Performs order management activities including data entry and prescription retrieval.
• Coordinate patient shipping and enrollment processes.
