Concentrix is hiring a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) to serve customers in Spanish and English, utilizing a licensed P&C approach. The role emphasizes high-quality service, sales targets, and cross-selling while working from a home office across the United States.

You must hold a Property & Casualty license, have at least 1 year of sales experience, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales experience in roles like inbound/outbound, upselling or cross-selling.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance (P&C).
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to influence customers and close sales; strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; proficient with PC navigation and CRM tools.
