Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) to work from home in the United States. You must hold an active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance and be Spanish/English bilingual.

You will serve customers and agents, quoting, binding policies, and resolving inquiries with clear, empathetic communication. Compensation starts at $20/hr, rising to $22/hr during nesting, with raises up to $24/hr after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and agents regarding coverage and billing.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Document interactions to ensure accurate, consistent service.
