Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) in the United States. You will sell Property & Casu alty insurance, gather information, generate quotes, bind policies, and meet performance goals. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with an active P&C license and at least 1 year of sales experience.

You’ll work from home, respond to inquiries, educate customers on policy options, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high professionalism and customer focus.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
• 1+ year of sales experience, inbound/outbound.
• Strong computer navigation and CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about policy coverage, billing and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid license with professionalism.
• Cross-sell and upsell products aligned with customer needs.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity.
