Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling).
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong computer/navigation skills and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid insurance license with professionalism.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth customer conversation.
• Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy and continuity.
