Job summary

Marine Credit Union seeks a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) mortgage loan specialist for a work-from-home role in the United States. You will provide guidance on portfolio mortgage products, analyze financial information, and assist members with loan applications, pricing, and documentation.

You will collaborate with mortgage support staff to ensure timely, accurate responses and compliance with policies and regulations while promoting MCU products and services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage loan processes and consumer credit.
• Ability to collate and analyze borrower financial information.
• Experience evaluating loan data to inform pricing, structure, and terms.

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage loan applicants and assist with applications.
• Collate, analyze, and evaluate information for loan decisions.
• Evaluate borrower capacity, collateral, and credit position for approvals.
• Prepare loan documentation and manage closing process.
