Job summary

Marine Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide information on mortgage products and services, support loan decisioning, and promote MCU offerings. You will process forms, analyze borrower data, and partner with staff to ensure timely responses and high service standards.

Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, evaluating information, calculating DTI, and assisting with loan closings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage loan application process and consumer credit.
• Ability to collate and analyze borrower financial information.
• Evaluation of information and ability to recommend loan pricing, structure, terms.

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage loan applicants and assist with applications.
• Collaborate to evaluate and decide on loan approvals/denials.
• Prepare loan documentation for underwriting and processing and manage closings.
