Qualifications

• Experience working in customer service.
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Answer daily calls from members, providers, health plans, brokers, hospitals.
• Collect information from callers and document status in system.
• Verify authorization, claims, eligibility, and status as needed.
• Maintain confidential handling of member information.
• Assist with member outreach and appointment scheduling.
• Resolve walk-in member concerns and provide quality service.
