Harris & Harris is seeking an Early Out Representative in Chicago, IL. The role involves preparing and submitting insurance claims and contacting patients to collect account payments. Remote work is possible for local candidates, with a schedule that includes weekday shifts and occasional Saturday hours.

The position pays $23.00 per hour and offers a monthly bonus up to $200, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with matching, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years in medical billing.
• Experience making outbound calls to collect payments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to collect, post, and manage account payments.
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies electronically or manually.
• Identify and resolve patient billing issues and complaints.
• Evaluate patient financial status and establish payment plans.
• Report on delinquent accounts and resubmit denied claims.
• Translate patient information into medical codes.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and FDCPA.
