You will manage patient records, verify insurance eligibility, process prior authorizations, support prescription workflows, and ensure compliant medical documentation for U.S.-based practices.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent bilingual communication, with full-time contractor status and remote collaboration across the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Medical Administration or related role.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification and benefits.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and healthcare administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Maintain EMR/EHR data accuracy.
• Process prescription refill requests and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Assist with medical/procedure and pharmacy prior authorizations and follow-up.
• Support provider enrollment and credentialing, track licensing and credential status.
• Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, and patients; maintain confidentiality.
