Job summary

TalentBurst is hiring an Insurance Interviewer to conduct life insurance interviews by telephone for multiple clients. This 100% remote contract role spans Missouri, South Texas (Houston), and Florida with 10am-7pm Central and a 3+ month initial term.

We require bilingual candidates with a HS diploma; familiarity with medical terminology, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams is helpful. Training is provided, with a Saturday rotation starting after training.

Qualifications

• Must conduct outbound life insurance interviews by phone.
• Candidate must be bilingual.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and complete interviews.
• Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews.
• Review interview content for quality assurance purposes.
• Use Dialer, Avaya Phone System to make calls and log attempts; document results.
• Adhere to client requirements and safety/compliance policies.
