Qualifications

• Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Superior customer service skills: friendly, efficient, good listener.
• Proficient use of computer, keyboard, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document information for underwriting assessment.
• Use QA database to assess additional verification needs.
• Explain the application process to potential customers clearly.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain communication with management regarding QA actions.
