Kin is seeking a bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to provide fast, accurate home insurance support across multiple states in a remote-first environment. You will handle policy questions, payments, and updates, communicating clearly and empathetically to maintain customer trust.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking proficiency.
• 6+ months customer service experience in P&C (home insurance).
• Experience in high-volume call center or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume inbound/outbound interactions across phone, chat, and email, guiding on policies, payments, cancellations, and coverage.
• Create, update, and process homeowners insurance policies, endorsements, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Educate policyholders on coverage details, policy changes, and next steps.
• Partner with customers’ banks/lenders to obtain required documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Navigate multiple systems/tools to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback to enhance experience.
• Complete mandatory 10-week paid training and apply learnings to live scenarios.
