Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy in Florida is seeking a remote, part-time clinician to serve as the first clinical connection for teens and families seeking care. You’ll lead Connection Calls with adolescents aged 13–17 and their caregivers to understand concerns, assess safety, and determine whether PHP or IOP is appropriate, all from a private remote workspace.

This role requires active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with crisis assessment

Qualifications

• Active Florida licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English and Spanish for clinical conversations with teens and families.
• Experience with adolescents and PHP/IOP care; crisis and suicide risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Connection Calls with teens and caregivers.
• Build rapport, assess treatment readiness, explain PHP/IOP options.
• Complete CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments.
• Use de-escalation skills and escalate when needed.
• Document findings and coordinate with Admissions and clinical teams.
