CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant (English-Spanish) to join our Pre-Litigation team remotely. The role supports attorneys, handles insurance claims, drafts letters of representation, and communicates with clients in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (must-have)
• Law graduate, law student, paralegal, or legal professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and Pre-Litigation team with active Personal Injury cases
• Set up insurance claims
• Follow up on insurance coverage and policy limits
• Draft Letters of Representation (LORs) and communicate with clients
• Prepare and maintain client files and case notes
• Coordinate medical referrals and medical records/bills
