Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated Life Insurance Sales Specialist for a fully remote position. You will promote and sell life insurance products through inbound and outbound channels, using a consultative, client-first approach while ensuring licensing and compliance requirements are met.

With typically 3–5 years’ experience and a post-secondary degree, you will build strong client relationships, maximize opportunities, and drive premium growth across Quebec and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (bilingual) required.
• Life insurance licensing requirements must be satisfied.
• Experience in life insurance products, licensing and compliance.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells insurance products through inbound and outbound channels using a consultative, client-first approach.
• Accelerates premium growth by maximizing opportunities with clients and cross-selling.
• Adheres to licensing, continuing education and E&O requirements.
• Provides advice and guidance on implementation of insurance solutions.
• Maintains legal and compliance standards in sales activities.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and supports strategic initiatives.
• Delivers timely program scripting, training and objection handling.
