State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team.

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments in a high-tech environment. The role requires at least 1 year in a call center or customer service setting, familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing, and the ability to work evenings and

Competenze

• 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or administration preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls

Mansioni

• Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues in client queues
• Respond to information requests from patients in a professional manner
• Pursue payment or payment arrangements on behalf of the client
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries as needed
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and applicable laws
