Job summary

Manulife Investments is seeking a client-focused professional for the Investment Processing Services team. You will handle complex service requests at first contact and work across administrative systems within defined service standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English and French to support clients across jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Remote work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with ability to build positive relationships between customers and the company.
• Organizational and prioritization skills to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in processing tasks and records.
• Ability to work overtime consistently as required by business needs.
• Fully bilingual (French/English) to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle increasingly complex client service requests at initial point of contact.
• Maintain service levels and productivity standards; measure success accordingly.
• Keep current with company policies, procedures and processing knowledge.
• Provide support to other areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services and Technical Support.
