Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical Training Specialist to educate healthcare providers and patients on Omnipod insulin management systems. You’ll train physicians, mid-level staff and patients across assigned districts, delivering both in-person and virtual sessions while collaborating with clinical and commercial teams to grow patient adoption.

You will manage data training, post- training follow-ups, and support for new customer starts, with travel up to 20% in person and up to 80% virtual

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a clinical setting and/or managing diabetes and pump patients.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials (CDCES/RD/RN/PharmD) preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish; able to train diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Train patients within assigned territory and support prescribers post-training.
• Deliver in-person and virtual trainings to physicians, NPs, PAs, and staff.
• Provide data management training and clinical support per policy.
• Assist with pump clinics, info sessions, and patient education events.
• Travel up to 80% virtual and up to 20% in-person; occasional overnight travel.
