Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical Training Specialist to educate healthcare providers and patients on Omnipod insulin management systems. The CTS will train in a territory, follow up with prescribers, and support data management while collaborating with clinical and commercial teams to grow patient adoption and access to Omnipod products.

Role emphasizes in-person and virtual trainings, travel to sites, and building strong diabetes-community relationships to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a clinical setting and/or managing diabetes and pump patients.
• Previous experience in a commercial role within medical devices or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and train clinicians and patients across territories.

Responsibilities

• Train patients in assigned territory, district, or region per Clinical Service Manager needs.
• Provide post-training support, data management training, and follow-up with prescribers.
• Offer product sales, data management, and clinical support to HCPs per policy.
• Conduct in-person or virtual trainings, min 3 sessions daily as applicable.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams on training initiatives.
• Assist with events such as clinics and patient education sessions; provide CPT recommendations.

CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)

RD (Registered Dietitian)
