Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to educate providers and patients, driving adoption of Omnipod technology through training, consultative support, and customer engagement.

The CTS partners with Clinical Service Manager, Territory Manager, and other teams to meet clinical and commercial needs in the assigned district, delivering in-person and virtual trainings, and follow-up support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a clinical setting and/or managing diabetes and pump patients.
• Professional credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trainings to patients in assigned territory and support prescribers post-training.
• Educate healthcare providers and patients to drive Omnipod adoption.
• Collaborate with Clinical Service Manager and Territory Manager to meet district needs.
• Travel up to 20% in person; up to 80% virtual work as per territory.
