Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for remote work from New Jersey. The role pays $18/hour monolingual and $19/hour bilingual (English/Spanish) and is a short-term contract through year-end.

Candidate must have a laptop, wired internet, and be able to work any shift between 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Required: high school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months’ experience; strong communication, data entry, and phone skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience needed.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
