Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist for the Solutions Center. You will educate customers on our products, build connections, and deliver exceptional experiences with each interaction.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and offers remote work with a Monday–Friday 11:00am–8:00pm schedule and rotating Saturdays. You will navigate systems to resolve inquiries, pursue upsell opportunities, and meet service level and sales targets while contributing positively

Qualifications
