This is a Remote Work-at-Home position, full-time, with hourly pay plus bonuses.

Position Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, specializes in tailored solutions for diverse client needs. The role involves customer service, technical support, and sales interactions, engaging with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve issues, promote products, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
  • Research and coordinate to resolve customer issues
  • Document and process customer claims accurately
  • Use training and knowledge bases to answer questions following policies and scripts
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Participate in training and meetings to stay updated
  • Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Candidate Qualifications

Ideal candidates are positive, driven, confident, and eager to learn. Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, fluent in English and Spanish, with good communication, typing skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year in customer service or related fields
  • State or Federal work experience
