Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads and build new opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer’s language.
• Prepare quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and collaborate with English-speaking teammates.
