Pairteam is looking for a full-time Community Engagement Specialist to change primary care operations for underserved populations. This role requires engaging individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and fostering trust within the community.

The position offers flexible scheduling options and remote work capabilities, primarily during PST hours. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
• Dedicated to improving the community.
• Results driven with a track record of exceeding performance indicators.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder.
• Offer education about Pair Team's services.
• Leverage understanding of the community to build trust.
• Manage the enrollment funnel and meet metrics.
