Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage and enroll individuals into the program virtually through various communication methods.
• Promote the services of the Enhanced Care Management program.
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel and provide updates.
