Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in HIPAA compliant spaces and with technology.
• Results driven with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll individuals living with Serious Mental Illness.
• Educate partners about services and link members to programs.
• Promote communication among internal teams and partners.
