Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist in Florida to assist consumers with account resolutions and payment options. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving while handling a high call volume.

You will document interactions, meet performance goals, and collaborate with teams. Candidates should have 1+ year experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and work from a private home workspace in Florida.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish).

• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Description: $17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi‑Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
