BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a remote Call Center Specialist to help consumers resolve their accounts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from home, with equipment, training, and support provided by the company.

You will talk with customers to explain accounts and payment options, handle a high volume of calls, document interactions in our systems, and strive to meet performance targets with coaching along the way.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

$17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Requirements

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
