BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a remote, full-time role that pays $17/hour plus monthly bonus. Monday–Friday schedule. The company provides equipment, training, and support to help you succeed while you help patients understand their accounts and options.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in call center or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with care. Remote work requires a private space and reliable internet.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals with support and coaching along the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections

• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi‑Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
