BCA Financial Services is hiring a call center specialist to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. If you enjoy problem-solving, talking to people, and being rewarded for performance, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll help customers navigate their financial responsibilities with respect and care. This full-time, work-from-home role offers a $17/hour base plus monthly commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual required: English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
