Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a remote role based in the United States. You will assist patients with account questions, provide payment options, and manage calls with empathy and professionalism from a home office.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position includes a $17/hour base pay plus monthly bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and company-provided equipment. High-volume calls and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
