BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to help patients resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain payment options, and document interactions accurately from home.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $17/hour plus monthly bonuses, and company-paid benefits. Training, equipment, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
